Right of Withdrawal

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase contract of goods within 14 days from receiving the goods for any reason, without penalty and without specifying the reason. This is because the online course provides informative digital content that cannot be returned once provided to the user.
